- Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions.

Electronic Communications

Cancellation
- Standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Due to high-demand dates—including weekends, holidays, and special events—cancellation policies may vary; please contact the hotel directly to confirm.
- New Year’s Eve reservations require a 5-day cancellation notice and are subject to a pre-charge.
Guarantee
- A credit card authorization is required for all reservations at time of booking.
- All credit/debit cards presented at check in will be authorized for $50 per day for incidentals.

To support these ongoing efforts, The Arlington has implemented a 3.65% Legacy & Preservation Charge, applied to guest room reservations, parking, and on-property outlet purchases. This charge directly funds the restoration, preservation, and enhancement of the hotel's historic architecture, guest rooms, public spaces, building infrastructure, safety systems, and guest amenities.
These investments help ensure that The Arlington's distinctive character, historic significance, and renowned hospitality continue to be enjoyed by future generations. From maintaining architectural features that define the hotel's legacy to modernizing essential systems and enhancing the overall guest experience, every contribution plays a role in safeguarding this treasured landmark.
