Begin your evening with a luxurious Lobster Bisque finished with truffle oil and crème fraîche, or a fresh Harvest Salad with quinoa, apples, dried cranberries, feta, and toasted walnuts. For your entrée, choose from Grilled New York Strip with potato au gratin and truffle demi-glace, Pan-Seared Salmon with Parmesan risotto and saffron lemon butter, or Wild Mushroom Pasta for a vegetarian option. The evening concludes with a decadent Berry Moscato Tiramisu.
